Delete your IonixVPN account
Submit your account email and confirm the request. We will send a single-use verification link if the information matches an eligible account.
What happens after confirmation
- Account access and IonixVPN service end, active sessions are invalidated, and VPN peers are removed.
- Future renewal is canceled through the applicable provider. Provider processing may take additional time if its service is temporarily unavailable.
- Deletion itself does not create an automatic refund. Refund requests remain subject to the payment provider, applicable law, and the circumstances of the purchase.
- User-linked service data is deleted. Minimal records may remain only where reasonably required for payment disputes, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or legal claims.
- Stripe, Google Play, banks, or other independent providers may retain their own transaction records under their policies and legal obligations.
